About Me

I spent more than a decade leading teams and developing leaders at Google. Today I coach leaders facing the kinds of challenges I once navigated myself.

Professional Credentials & Leadership History

Ariana Meyerson is a leadership coach and former Google leader with 20 years of experience helping people, teams, and organizations grow through meaningful challenges.

Over the course of her career, she's worked at organizations including Google and the NBA, earned an MBA from Wharton, and helped lead initiatives ranging from organizational strategy to international business expansion.

Over time, she came to believe that people thrive when they feel safe, seen, and understood—and that leadership is strongest when it makes room for the whole person.

Today, Ariana brings together deep business experience with a deeply human approach to coaching. She helps people navigate meaningful challenges—from leadership and communication to career transitions and major life changes—while building the self-trust, clarity, and courage that continue to serve them long after the immediate challenge has passed.

She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Hudson Certified Coach, with more than 200 hours of coach-specific education and practice.

Ariana lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children. She is also the author of The Spill: A Story from Four Perspectives, a book written to help families build empathy by seeing the same event through different eyes.
