I bring a structured, dual-lens approach to our engagements: deep, evidence-based psychological frameworks combined with decades of elite, hands-on management experience inside premier global institutions.

  • Lived Tech Leadership: I spent over a decade as a leader at Google, directly managing 50+ different Googlers over the years. My favorite aspect of my work has been developing and harnessing talent, and partnering with peer colleagues to solve complex organizational challenges. I understand the pressure of expectations, calibration, and navigating a highly matrixed organization because I thrived in it for 13 years.

 

  • Certified, Transformative Frameworks: I hold over 200 hours of coaching-specific education as a Hudson and ICF ACC Certified Coach. Rather than just talking about surface-level symptoms, we use structured tools like Crucial Conversations, Immunity to Change, Radical Candor, Nonviolent Communication, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to safely identify and disarm the internal patterns—like perfectionism or avoidance—that complicate your leadership growth.

Engagement Model

I work with individual tech leaders and managers on a 3 to 6-month engagement basis, typically structured around biweekly 60 - 90 min sessions, supplemented through 30-min spot sessions and offline communication.
